NotStock Photography Visit: Part 2

John Jackson was visiting us on behalf of PPG, so he spent some time in the paint booth with Chris as he sprayed a Steel Factory Lightweight. This frame was painted Boss Blue and Hot Pink with pink on white decals, topped off with a matte clear coat.


We snapped a few photos of the completed frame before it shipped.

Custom Track Frame

Here's a special steel track frame shown in Gloss Black with Army Green and White top tube details (similar to the SSR Max from NAHBS 2012). This frame features a 44mm head tube, which paired up nicely with a tapered Serenity track fork.

Here's a new Planet X in Vanilla Shake with Vanilla Shake logos on Black and Corsa Red panels. This frame features an all-over matte clear coat.

Corvid for Cody

Here's a new Corvid for Cody. His frame features internally-routed wiring for Shimano Di2 9000 with an internal seatpost-mounted battery. His paint scheme is simple: small touches of White and Gold Metallic on the down tube and inside the fork blades.

Eddy Merckx inspired Titanium Crown Jewel: 3/4 paint with shot-peened rear: Omaha Orange, Nogaro Blue, Black/Yellow/Red vinyl pin striping.

A New SSR at Kinoko Cycles

Here's a new stainless steel road frame for Kinoko Cycles in London. The frame features a 3/4 paint job with Gloss Black, White, and Sprout Green. The fork is painted with wrapped crowns to match.
